Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the USA

How long does shipping take?

Current Turn-Around Time for orders with shipping is 7-21 business days. Please be patient, as items are specially made to order. Once your item has shipped you will receive a notification email with shipping tracking information.
If you do not receive your order withing 6 days of your shipping notification, please reach out to us at: info@heydjon.com *Sometimes the shipping carrier may experience delays that are out of our control.

HEY D'JON. LLC is not responsible/liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier for damaged or lost packages. Save all packaging materials/damaged goods for filing a claim. You may want to take pictures of the damage to submit with your claim to the shipping carrier. 

Incorrect shipping address and refused delivery - HEY D'JON. LLC will not be held responsible/liable if you provide the wrong shipping address and your package cannot be recovered by the shipping carrier. We recommend you double check your shipping address entered before you submit your order during check-out. We are not responsible for an order being delivered to the wrong address or if your order is sent back to us from the shipping carrier. If your address was entered incorrectly on your order placed, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs again. 

Missing or stolen packages - HEY D'JON. LLC will not be held responsible/liable for missing or stolen packages. If the shipping carrier has reported that your package was delivered but you didn't receive it - It is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim to see if they can help recover your package. 

Refunds/Returns

Do you accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds?

We DO NOT accept Returns, Exchanges, or Issue Refunds, unless it is a mistake on our end. All Sales Are Final.

What to do if my order has a mistake?

If your order has a mistake that was caused on our end - Please contact us within 3 days of the date you receive your delivery at: info@heydjon.com - Please include: your name, your email, the order number, what the item is, and what the mistake is so we can reach out to you to discuss options that may be available. 
When placing your order online with us, please make sure to review your order for correct size, color, print design, and correct shipping address before placing your order since ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Can I cancel an order that I placed?

Cancellation Policy:  Orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing your order, after that time we cannot cancel your order for any reason. Items are specially made to order and for that reason we cannot cancel anything after 24 hours. 
Any request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing your order will need to be emailed to us at: info@heydjon.com - in the subject line type "Cancel Order" and in the email please put your name, email address, phone number, and your order number. 
In the event we are able to cancel your order - you will be refunded on your original payment method. Due to bank/credit card companies processing time, we are unable to give you an exact date for refund but if it has been longer than 15 days, please email us at: info@heydjon.com so we can help look into it.
