Shipping policy

Current Turn-Around Time for orders with shipping is approx. 7-21 business days. Please be patient, as items are specially made to order. Once your item has shipped you will receive a notification email with shipping tracking information.

If you do not receive your order withing 7 business days of your shipping notification, please reach out to us at: info@heydjon.com *Sometimes the shipping carrier may experience delays that are out of our control.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please be aware that you might incur additional fees you will be required to pay for duties/customs fees depending on where you are placing your order from and having it shipped to. Please check with your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order with us. HEY D'JON. LLC is not responsible for paying duties/customs fees, this is your responsibility as the customer/buyer/purchaser of items from our store. 

*Should you decide to refuse the duties/customs fees, we must confirm with the courier that your parcel will be returned back to Hey D'Jon. before processing a refund for your order and then a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We appreciate your understanding of this process.

HEY D'JON. LLC is not responsible/liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier for damaged or lost packages. Save all packaging materials/damaged goods for filing a claim. You may want to take pictures of the damage to submit with your claim to the shipping carrier. 

Incorrect shipping address, refused, or undeliverable delivery - HEY D'JON. LLC will not be held responsible/liable if you provide or enter the wrong shipping address and your package cannot be delivered or recovered by the shipping carrier. We recommend you double check your shipping address entered before you submit your order during check-out. If your order is undeliverable or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address you will be responsible for paying a re-shipping fee in order to resend your order.  

Missing, stolen or mis-delivered packages - HEY D'JON. LLC will not be held responsible/liable for missing or stolen packages. If the shipping carrier has reported that your package was delivered but you didn't receive it - It is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim to see if they can help recover your package.
