Thank you for shopping with us! We appreciate your business! 

Items purchased from Hey D'Jon. LLC are subject to the following terms: 

~ Current Turn-Around Time for orders with shipping is approx. 7-21 business days. Please be patient, as items are specially made to order. Once your item has shipped you will receive a notification email with shipping tracking information.

Return/Refund Policy:  We DO NOT accept Returns, Exchanges, or Issue Refunds, unless it is a mistake on our end. All Sales Are Final.

Cancellation Policy:  Orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing your order, after that time we cannot cancel your order for any reason. Items are specially made to order and for that reason we cannot cancel anything after 24 hours. 

Any request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing your order will need to be emailed to us at: info@heydjon.com - in the subject line type "Cancel Order" and in the email please put your name, email address, phone number, and your order number. 

In the event we are able to cancel your order - you will be refunded on your original payment method. Due to bank/credit card companies processing time, we are unable to give you an exact date for refund but if it has been longer than 15 days, please email us at: info@heydjon.com so we can help look into it. 

Please read important details below:

  • If your order has a mistake, please contact us within 3 days of the date you receive your delivery at: info@heydjon.com - Please include: your name, your email, your order number, and what the mistake is so we can reach out to you to discuss options that may be available. 
  • When placing your order online with us, please make sure to review your order for correct size, color, design, and shipping address before placing your order since ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • We are not responsible for an order being delivered to the wrong address or if your order is sent back to us from the shipping carrier. If your address was entered incorrectly on your order placed, you will be responsible for paying re-shipping fees. 
  • Once a package is out of our hands, we are not responsible for an order that arrives damaged to you from the shipping carrier. If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping - please reach out to the shipping carrier to place a claim with them to see what options are available.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please be aware that you might incur additional fees you will be required to pay for duties/customs fees depending on where you are placing your order from and having it shipped to. Please check with your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order with us. HEY D'JON. LLC is not responsible for paying duties/customs fees, this is your responsibility as the customer/buyer/purchaser of items from our store. 

    *Should you decide to refuse the duties/customs fees, we must confirm with the courier that your parcel will be returned back to Hey D'Jon. before processing a refund for your order and then a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We appreciate your understanding of this process.
